There is no labelling scheme for Pasta. However, Traidcraft have 2 different pastas available, Fusilli, and Penne made from flour derived from Quinoa (for which a sceme exists).

Quinoa Fairtrade guarantees a better deal for Third World producers

Both red and white quinoa are available via Suma Wholefoods.

Sugar Traidcraft Fine Foods Fairly Traded
