1941: 5th May 1941: Ross was called up, and he joined the Royal Pioneer Corps.
1944: Christine was born.
1945: Ross was discharged from the Army.
1968: 30th August, 1968, Ross died in Hull at the age of 58 years,
his occupation being given as a General Labourer at the tannery5.
