From Robert Harvey's Death certificate:
Robert died in Clifton Pit, 28th June 1929 at the age of 32. He was a "Collier Stallman" of 32 Redruth Street, Nottingham.
He was "Accidentally killed by a fall of roof on him while at work in Clifton Pit". The inquest was held on 29th June and the certificate issued on 30th June.
